The Master of the Wind & Waves

Jesus, being very tired, slept in the boat that was going with His disciples on a lake to the other side. Suddenly, a storm broke, and instead of trusting God, the disciples began to panic. Than they woke up Jesus, and said: “Do you not care that we perish?”. Jesus calmly replied: “How is it that you have no faith?” Then He turned to the waves and said: “Peace, be still.” And the storm stopped.

God wants to give us peace and rest, and spend time with Him in the morning. This story reminds us that God cares for us, and when we pray, He hears us.
