Entering the Sanctuary

The Sanctuary was given to the Israelites in order to learn about the Messiah, etc. By following this pattern, we can learn how to better communicate with God.

SUMMARY
God gave Moses the Sanctuary system in order to teach the Israelites about the Messiah, etc. In this presentation it will be revealed how to commune with God according to the Sanctuary.

1. ENTER THE GATES: Spend the first part of your prayer giving thanks to God (Psalm 100:4).

2. THE ALTAR OF SACRIFICE: The next part of your prayer should be spent contemplating the cross of Jesus. Confess your sins. Lay your burdens at the foot of the Cross. Praise Him for being your Saviour. Before leaving Calvary, recommit yourself to God (Galatians 5:24).

3. THE WATERS OF RENEWAL: Not only does God want to forgive us, but also to wash us (Titus 3:5, 6; 1 John 1:9). Present to Him your weaknesses, and ask Him for a new heart and to fill you with the Holy Spirit (Ezekiel 36:27). Believe and thank Him for His promises.

4. THE HOLY PLACE: Jesus prepared the bread, candle stick, aroma of incense, and flowers, asking to fall in love with Him. He wants to dine with us (Revelation 3:20). Here you can chat with Him about everything that is going on in your life. Also He can direct you what to study from the Bible. After studying the Scriptures, continue praying and intercede for others (Revelation 1:6; Ephesians 6:18). Claim, believe and thank God for His promises. The candlestick, which is a blossomed tree with flowers and fruits, produces light by the olive oil which is provided by Jesus (Gethsemane means olive press). The deepest of all communions is produced by suffering. All these make us a tree of righteousness. As He continues to do a work in you day by day, flowers will come up; than fruits. And than the light will shine, and others will want to have what you have.
